Return and Refund Policy

This page or document, as the case may be, sets out the “Return and Refund Policy” (the “Policy”) that applies to the customers of “Camping Store Panama” that make a purchase at the website of “https://campingstorepanama.com/”. We have the right to make changes to this Policy at any time and as per our sole discretion without any notification to the customer or without any prior permission of the customer for the same. Please note that we deal with the return and refunds on a case-by-case basis and our decision with respect to the same will be final and binding on the customer.

Deadline of Return:

You have 30 (Thirty) business days to return an item from the date you received it. After 30 (Thirty) business days since the delivery, you would not be eligible for returns. 

Condition of the Product to be Returned:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all the instructions. Your item needs to have a purchase receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is not in an original condition as delivered, is damaged, or missing anything, or having stains or scratches, not due to errors on our end, shall not be eligible for returns. Every product is returnable subject to the fulfillment of the conditions mentioned above and we reserve the right to include any product that might be unreturnable in the future.

Gifts and Merchandise:

The customers can return the gifts if the delivered products are still packaged and not used and the customers will also have to return the gift receipt or voucher. Merchandise can be returned if found to contain any manufacturing defect.

Unreturnable Products:

The Products that are unreturnable include fuels like fire starters, propane cylinders, matches, lighters, disposables, kitchen items, water filter bathroom products like portable toilets, single-use items, sprays, liquids, and such other products as specified by us from time to time.

Final Sales and Costs of Return:

Final sales are non-returnable unless the product is damaged or has serious issues. All the costs for shipping the products to be returned will be the responsibility of the customer. The products that are to be returned must be re-shipped to our office by the customer.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 (seven) business days for debit card, 3 (three) to 4 (four) business days for a credit card, on the same day for the original payments made through Yappy, within 1 (one) to 4 (four) business days for a wire transfer to national banks depending on the bank.
